CaskCoded provides software development services, including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Technical consulting and training
• MVP development and startup solutions

Unless otherwise stated, CaskCoded and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in EUR or USD unless otherwise specified
• Invoices are issued upon project milestones or monthly
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Our services are provided 'as is' without any warranty, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or harmful components

In no event shall CaskCoded, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold CaskCoded harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during the course of our business relationship. Both parties agree to:

• Protect confidential information from disclosure
• Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request
• Sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement if required

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
