The Challenge
Traditional municipal broadcasting faces many challenges: the announcer must be physically present at the office, quality is inconsistent due to fatigue and pronunciation errors, citizens outside broadcast range miss important announcements, there's no announcement history, and municipalities with minorities struggle with multilingual communication.
The Solution
We created a complete communication ecosystem with advanced text-to-speech technology. The web portal enables officials to easily create professionally narrated announcements, the mobile app for iOS and Android provides push notifications and announcement history for citizens, and each announcement is automatically displayed on the municipality's website.
