The Solution
Lorn.ai runs fully autonomous voice screening sessions using ElevenLabs for natural-sounding speech and OpenAI for real-time conversation processing. Recruiters create a role, define screening criteria, and share a link. Candidates join at their own time, speak naturally, and the system scores and summarizes responses against the defined criteria. The admin dashboard shows all candidates side-by-side with normalized evaluation scores.
