Daniela needed more than a job posting - she needed a platform that honestly explains what personal assistance involves (tasks, time commitment, compensation, health context), builds trust with potential candidates, and makes it easy to register. The audience is people considering this work for the first time, not experienced care workers.
The Solution
A warm, personal bilingual site (Slovak and English) structured to walk a visitor through the full picture: who Daniela is, what a personal assistant actually does day-to-day, how compensation and scheduling work, and how to get started. A calendar-linked registration flow lets interested candidates sign up directly. The FAQ section addresses the most common concerns before they become drop-off points.
